About us.

Since meeting at Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas, in 2013, we’ve been on a journey of worship together, leading people to encounter God’s love and encouraging worshippers to step out into the freedom and creativity God has for each of us. Kristin is a historical novel/show-loving MC native, while I’m from “across the pond” and passionate about all things Manchester United, U2, and theology. We have a son Cash, who never fails to make us laugh and entertain us with his acting exploits, alongside a beautiful daughter, Ember who we are so enjoying getting to see grow up!

What do Rich + Kristin do at our church?

Quite possibly the funniest and most encouraging person and personality on our staff. Rich brings so much laughter and joy to the team. Rich and Kristin are some of the most genuine people you’ll encounter. They lead the heart of worship for the House. They love empowering other leaders and musicians in worshipping the Lord. They have a deep heart for taking delight in the Lord and enjoying His presence. You’ll see them leading prayer sets and partnering with our Lead Pastors on future God-projects like a 24/7 Prayer Room and Ministry School.
